Better Working Environment
For the Nurses

South Korea is a medically advanced country that ranks first in satisfaction with health care. However, this was possible because there was support from nursing staff who were dedicated to the patients 24 hours a day, day and night. Care Minder improved the hospital's work process to make nursing staff more comfortable. We will make it possible for nurses to work in an environment that is conducive to their well-being.

CareMinder is established to reduce the burdens of nurse handovers and the hidden cost of inefficiency. 
From the project with Samsung Seoul Hospital we identified that patients' trivial random requests require verbal communication and handovers between nurses, slowing down workflow and increasing stress and eventually resulting in nurse resignation.  
With a voice-activated patient request management system powered by AI seamlessly integrating patient tablets and nurse PCs, we aim to streamline patient-nurse communication and create efficient hospital system.
